However students must participate in practice practical techniques conference which is presented under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Every student in the program MUST attending a two day practical techniques review in Chicago. The practical lab is part of the post professional PhD program and students cannot graduate without attending the lab. Attendance is mandatory.

Application Fee: $250.00 (non-refundable)
Deposit to reserve space: $1,000 (non-refundable, however this amount is reduced from your first semester tuition)
Tuition for online Doctorate programs : $3,508 per semester ($7,016). Included with this tuition is an on-site practicum classes held in Chicago, official transcript, & degree certificate (shipping included).
Each semester must be paid in full for that semester before the first day of class. Students can pay the total program tuition in installments based on how many semesters they have. For example if they have two semesters in a program, then they can pay in two installments (one before start date of each semester). Tuition is non-refundable after the first day of class, or if a password and user ID has been issued to the student, no matter if the student has watched the video lectures or not.
All our registered students receive one official transcript per registered program, & one printed degree certificate suitable for framing (shipped at our cost).
Online students will attend a two day practical manual technique workshop/conference held in Chicago every year and will receive 6 CEU'S. The cost of the workshop is included in the tuition.
ACAM exam fees are included in tuition. There is no charge to write or re-write the exams. We have no hidden fees. A charge of $30 however for returned NSF checks

Admission Prerequisites
ACAM post professional PhD program in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is available only to licensed healthcare professionals in the field of physical & manual medicine such as physical therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors, osteopaths, naprapaths, naturopaths, acupuncturists, athletic trainers, manual therapists, and occupational therapists.
All students enrolled at The American College of Academic Medicine are prohibited from providing treatment, advice, or acting in a clinical manner, as it relates to a health profession for which he or she is not licensed or registered, with any person unless under the supervision and direction of a licensed clinician.
Each student enrolled at ACAM is strictly prohibited from practicing and/or holding himself/herself out as a healthcare practitioner unless he/she is indeed a healthcare practitioner.
